Came in from out of town battery went to. My son-in-law recommended them and I explained the situation it diagnosed the Carr had me out of there within two days. Replaced the new battery and I was on my way. People there were very nice and courteous and friendly. Appreciate them putting me ahead so I could get out of town on my schedule route.

Really wonderful experience. We got an appointment quickly, work was explained clearly and then it was completed faster than we expected. Both my husband and I left this morning thinking "wow people are so nice here!" Can't recommend enough!

A bit on the expensive side, but they did a good job fixing my suspension, now my car handles like a sport car 😁

About six months ago, I was lucky enough to break down near the Lake Villa location and they took such great care of me there that I told them I will be back for my next service. I just had my brakes done and new tires put on at the gages lake location. Very professional, very reasonable and not a penny more than I was quoted. So thankful to find somebody that you can trust.
