About six months ago, I was lucky enough to break down near the Lake Villa location and they took such great care of me there that I told them I will be back for my next service. I just had my brakes done and new tires put on at the gages lake location. Very professional, very reasonable and not a penny more than I was quoted. So thankful to find somebody that you can trust. Its gages lake auto repair for me and my family moving forward. Shout out to Dreanna (hope I spelled it right)who was super helpful and professional at the gages Lake location. Thank you !

I have used gauges Lake Auto a few times I live real close and its very convenient. My experience with the shop is that they are quick and accurate and I never had any issues or or problems after the service is done thank you for your professionalism. This team is fantastic! Had an emergency when a family arrived with a car that wasnt working properly. Although we had no appt, they made a way and had us back on the road the next day. Fantastic people and skilled mechanics team. We wont go anywhere else.

This was probably the best repair experience I’ve had with my 53 Buick Super. Todd, Kristin, Deanna and Mike were fantastic! Special kudos to Mike the Shop Foreman! Mike knows so much about classic vehicles! He took the time to explain to my wife and I what he was going to do and was so pleasant to deal with. I will be taking my Buick AND my other two cars there for sure! Nice job guys!!

The employees were very courteous. The mechanics did a full review of my problems and helped with solutions to keep costs down in my older car. I will definitely use them again.

Good service as always. This time around the wipers went out and they informed me that it was still on warranty from last year. This means a lot to me. They could have changed me again and I would not have known. Thanks again!
