They went over and beyond my expectations. I felt up to date with every thing that had to be done to my car, they fully explained what and why things needed to be fixed and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of (like I have been in the past with other businesses). Came in from out of town battery went to. My son-in-law recommended them and I explained the situation it diagnosed the Carr had me out of there within two days. Replaced the new battery and I was on my way. People there were very nice and courteous and friendly. Appreciate them putting me ahead so I could get out of town on my schedule route.

A bit on the expensive side, but they did a good job fixing my suspension, now my car handles like a sport car. But ,somehow the mechanic cross threaded the zerk/grease fitting below one of the ball joints and had to be replaced because grease was leaking out,hopefully the control arm won't fail.🤔😆
